This is a well made gemstone ring and has some weight to it. It does not change shape when you firmly grasp it. I bought its companion sterling silver ring where the gemstone is blue lapis = depending on my mood or clothes I will alternate days with this one! I highly recommend it - I am a big guy and this ring does not seem small nor overpowering!
